Through our collaboration with Spillfree, we have achieved a stronger focus on feeding performance. The VideoTools product has given us the opportunity to go back to assess each individual meal and refine the feeding technique of our operators. This has resulted in fruitful discussions where we have come together to decide how we want to end a meal. Spillfree has been a useful tool for challenging conditions as well as training new employees. The collaboration continues to be very educational and helps us meet new challenges.
