Value creation in fish farming is mainly related to biology. You often have to make decisions that have a big impact on value creation.
This can be the time of slaughter, smolt size, equipment capacity, fish health, vaccines, feed and more. Even within feeding, you face decisions such as increasing/decreasing dosage, number of involvements, camera positioning and more. Often one has to rely on previous experiences or assumed best practices.
For us, the dialogue and interaction with the operator and management must be present. This facilitates close follow-up, which contributes to better innovativeness, awareness of feeding, improvement and value creation.
